Welcome to our FAQ page! Here, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our services, day trips, and destinations. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us directly. We’re here to help you plan your perfect adventure.

You can purchase tickets online or in our stores. In our physical stores, payments can be made by credit card or cash. Online bookings need to be paid by credit card, PayPal, or iDEAL. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and many more online. Please note, it’s not possible to make a booking without payment, or to book via phone or email.

No, we do not offer different prices for students and senior citizens.

Please wait 30-45 minutes and check your SPAM folder. If the tickets have not arrived, send an email to info@hollandticketservices.com. If you need the tickets urgently, you can call us at +31 (0)20 3300 684.

If you purchased your tickets in one of our shops and lose them, unfortunately, we cannot reissue those tickets.

No, animals are not allowed on buses or boats, with the exception of service dogs, which must be identifiable as such.

No, reserving a seat is not necessary with a ticket you have guaranteed seat.

Yes, you need to check-in even if you have digital tickets. Location: This is Holland, Overhoeksplein 51, Amsterdam.

Yes, there is room on the bus to store luggage within reasonable limits. However, you remain responsible for it at all times, as well as for moving it to the bus from the check-in point. The same applies to our hop-on hop-off buses.

If you are late for your excursion, you are considered a “no-show,” meaning your tickets are no longer valid. For a fee, you can reschedule your tickets.

No, it is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks on board. However, you can bring a bottle of water or soda.

No, it is not possible to join an excursion once it has started.

If you get lost during an excursion, contact us at +31 (0)20 3300 684 so we can assist you. If you miss the transport back, you will need to return to Amsterdam using your own transportation or public transport. Hop-on Hop-off Holland is not responsible for the cost of transport back.

No, you cannot bring a stroller on the boat. You can leave it at the dock at your own risk.

Yes, strollers are allowed on excursions, but they must be folded for storage on the bus.

No, our boats and buses are not wheelchair-accessible. We do not recommend our tours for guests in a wheelchair, as all tours involve parts where walking is required. Guests must be able to climb and descend stairs to get in and out of the bus or boat, and the wheelchair must be folded for storage.
