1.1 When you purchase tickets, book tours, or use any services offered by Hop On Hop Off Holland, you agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions, including any additional terms applicable from third-party providers.

1.2 Services that involve third-party providers, such as cruises by Amsterdam Boat Cruises, will be subject to the terms set forth by those entities.

2. Cancellation Policy and Refunds

For cancellations, the following policies apply based on the type of tour or service booked:

Keukenhof Tours: Full refund if canceled up to 24 hours before the event.
Flower Parades Tours: Full refund for cancellations up to 72 hours before the event.
Countryside Tours: Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the event.
Daytrips: Fully refundable for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event.
Cruises: Cancellations are subject to the terms of Amsterdam Boat Cruises or relevant third-party providers, typically up to 24 hours before the event.
Events: 100% refund for cancellations made within 168 hours (7 days) prior to the event.

Tickets sold through Hop On Hop Off Holland but provided by third parties adhere to the third party’s terms and conditions. Rescheduled tours or tickets are not eligible for a 100% refund. Delays, weather conditions, or uncontrollable incidents do not qualify for refund requests.

3. Liability Limitations

Hop On Hop Off Holland is not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors beyond its control, such as weather issues and traffic delays.

4. Third-Party Services and Tickets

Products and services provided by third parties are governed by their respective terms and conditions. Hop On Hop Off Holland serves as an intermediary without assuming responsibility for the provision or quality of these services.

5. Pricing and Additional Charges

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Some bookings may have additional service fees, disclosed during the booking process.

6. Resolution of Complaints

For any dissatisfaction, contact Hop On Hop Off Holland promptly. Disputes from digitally purchased products not resolved with us may seek settlement through online dispute resolution platforms.

7. Force Majeure

In events of force majeure hindering service fulfillment, Hop On Hop Off Holland may amend or cancel orders without facing damages or liability.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

Interpreted in accordance with Dutch law, disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts.
